We are two B.Ed Biology University students, Daphne Agius and Sephora Debono. 
We created this website with the aim of helping Advanced Level Biology teachers and students carry out fieldwork on rocky beaches.

 

Five rocky beaches around Malta were chosen, taking into account their suitability for fieldwork in relation to the relevant topics (Classification, Ecology and Statistics).

 

Information about each area is provided and  a species  catalogue can be found for identification of flora and fauna encountered on rocky beaches. In addition, there are other resources which should be of help in carrying out fieldwork on rocky beaches.
